Things To Do In Tucson
# 16 The Lights of Tucson

One of the things I like to do for new clients, especially coming from other cities, is take them to see the lights of Tucson.

From Campbell and Sunrise/Skyline (La Encantada Mall is there) go North on Campbell to the end and make the circle (don't go through the guard gate).

As you come around the circle you can see almost all of Tucson, from mountain range to mountain range. The glittering lights are beautiful.

If You Need Help

A friend of mine just shared a story with me that really shocked me.

You know w

ho Napoleon Hill was right?

He wrote a very famous book called, “Think and Grow Rich” - a guide on how to be mega wealthy.

Now here is the thing that shocked me…he was not rich himself. I never knew that. He was a reporter who was broke before he started the project and when he died he was almost broke again.

So he wrote this book which is a road map to wealth; he interviewed hundreds of millionaires; he wrote down exactly what they did, but when it came right down to it, he did not implement all the things he had learned. That is absolutely amazing! He didn’t take action!!!

Right now there’s a lot of things going on with the economy. I know you watch the news. There are a lot of people who have found themselves in difficult or unusual financial situations.

If you find yourself in a quandary that you need some help with, don’t be like Napoleon Hill and ignore good advice. I can help you. Give me a call.

New Lofts Pages and Face Book Surprise

New Lofts Pages:

I just added two new pages to the Lofts / Condos page. One about the Barrio Metalica Lofts and the other is about the Ice House Lofts.

The lofts page for Barrio Metalica already has a bunch of photos, the Ice House Lofts page has a few, more are on the way.

I will be adding loft projects as I get the photos, they are definitely changing the landscape of Tucson real estate. Trendy and urban, most of them have some great green features as well. I am listing the green features with each loft project as I learn about them.

Facebook surprise: Who knew? I listed a home and put a little blurb on Facebook about the home and some of its features. In just a few days, another Realtor has called to tell me that his client found the home on my profile and wants to see it. Gotta love Facebook!
