Things To Do In Tucson
# 16 The Lights of Tucson

One of the things I like to do for new clients, especially coming from other cities, is take them to see the lights of Tucson.

From Campbell and Sunrise/Skyline (La Encantada Mall is there) go North on Campbell to the end and make the circle (don't go through the guard gate).

As you come around the circle you can see almost all of Tucson, from mountain range to mountain range.  The glittering lights are beautiful.

Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Oh What a Beautiful Day...
Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Oh What a Beautiful Day...

On Sunday morning, we went hiking up at Sabino Canyon again.  The weather was perfect, of course.

We (Darren, Ann and I) took the tram up to the last stop at the top and then hikeSabino Cayon Tucson Real Estate Green Realtord up the phone line (I think it's called phone line) trail to see the view. We took some photos and then went back down to the tram stop.

From there we walked a few miles down the road until we came to the trail leading to the waterfall where all of the horses and riders tend to go. The water was running from all of the melting snow on Mt. Lemmon and there were a lot of kids playing in the water.

After the falls, we hiked back civilization, the parking, and went to Oregano's for a massive amount of food.

What a great, relaxing day.  I posted the photos to MyGreenTucson.com on the Tucson Photos Sabino Canyon Page.  If you go, which I recommend you do soon to take advantage of the 75 degree days, read the things to do section on the Sabino Canyon Photos page.

Also, try to carpool if you can, the parking lot does get pretty packed and you can help our planet.

Have fun, Tony Ray Cool

Loving my new Blackberry.
So it took me awhile, but I have finally come around.  My phones in the past have not been adeqphoto_blackberry_tucson_real_estate_green_Realtor.gifuate considering all of the emails I receive and the amount of business I do from my car.  Between real estate and websites, I always have something I could be doing.  Blackberry has really made a difference, allowing me to work away from home when I have that occasional "wait time" to deal with.   No more, now I am more efficient with my time than ever.  This will also help me cut down on paper use.  I'm really loving this phone.  Tony Ray Cool

I feel like I haven't written a blog for this site all year.  Oh yeah, I haven't, but for good reasons.

Real estate really picked up in December and continues to be very busy.  One of my listings even got a cash offer and is getting a back up offer.  Haven't seen that in awhile.

Eco broker ecobroker green realtor real estateMy other reason for being aloof for the last week or so was because I was finishing up my Eco Broker designation.   I am glad to say, after one year, I am finally done.  I have passed all of my exams and got a 94% the final.  I have six assignments pending approval and then I will be officially designated as an Eco Broker.

Have a great day,
Tony Ray
